How to Purchase
You must register for a Jackalope account to purchase a ticket. Link to register coming soon! If you already have an account from last year, you are all set. Once you access your account, you will be able to enter the ticket queue when the sale starts.

Every individual attending POrtalBurn must have their own Jackalope account, which is linked to their waiver. There will be no waivers at the gate.
During the Main Sale, adults can purchase:
Up to two (2) adult tickets
As many tickets as needed for attendees aged 12 or younger
Up to one (1) Car Parking Pass, until they sell out
If you plan to bring any vehicle larger than a car, you will need to apply for an oversized vehicle pass. You do not also need to purchase a car pass. See more information below.
If you have a reserve ticket to POrtalBurn because you volunteered 6 hours last year, or you are a department lead, or because you’re bringing art, or you’ve been granted ticket aid, you do not need to enter the main sale. Your reserve ticket will automatically be in your Jackalope account.

About the Main Sale
Car Pass
Driving a car to POrtalBurn? Better grab a car pass, or your car might just be starring in the tow truck ballet! No exceptions - save your car (and your dignity). Get the pass! Car passes will be available for purchase during the ticketing sales until they sell out.
Oversized Vehicle Pass
If your vehicle (or RV, Camper, Trailer, Boat, Tiny House…) does not fit in a standard-sized car parking spot, you will need to apply for an Oversized Vehicle Pass. You do not also need to purchase a car pass. Applications for oversized vehicle passes will open at the main ticket sale.
Please be aware that these passes are limited. We will do our very best to accommodate as many as possible on site, but the hill does not have a lot of level, well draining areas suitable for large vehicles, especially in bad weather.

Ticket Aid
We want to see all our POrtalBunnies returning to the hill. If the cost of tickets is prohibitive, apply for ticket aid! There are a limited number of tickets available for a reduced price. While we may not be able to meet all requests for ticket aid, we will do our best.
Complete the below form by Sunday April 12th at 11:59 to apply for Ticket Aid.

Gate Hours
Anyone attempting to arrive outside of gate hours will be turned around. Were serious.
